1. Download Necessary Files

We have placed all the files on the DWH-PIK server. Please copy these files to the servers of the other stores.

Please copy the entire folder and place it in the root directory of Drive D

2. Install VPN

1. Run the installed as shown in the picture below

2.After installation, click "New virtual network adapter"

3. Setup VPN connection

Run the VPN preset file from the path below (ensure the file is saved in the exact path specified below).

Enter the username and password 

Connect the VPN

3. Install software

1.Run the installer as shown below

2.Enter "y" to start installation

3. Install Nano Software

Run the installer as shown in the image below

4. Retrieve your machine code

Please follow the steps below to retrieve your machine code and send it to us. We will then generate the corresponding license file for you

Once we send you the license file, please save it to your server

5. Import license

Follow the steps below to import the license file we provided to you.

5. Enter the required information as shown in the image below

After completing all the steps above, reboot your server. The reboot process may take approximately 10 minutes, so please be patient. Then double-click the icon on your desktop. If the interface matches the example below, it indicates that the system service is now running

4. Troubleshooting

If you see error message as below, just click "Continue"

Then double-click the icon as below on your desktop, click the option as shown in the below picture and reboot your server computer
